We do provide roof removals and often bundle the service with others like new roof installation. We can remove your old residential or commercial roof and begin installation on your new roof right away. The cost depends on the size of the roof and the other services you’d like included. New roof installation and roof repair projects can create a lot of trash and debris. At Harbert Roofing we plan for this before the work begins. We use a catch-all to cover your home's outside walls, windows, bushes, and lawn. We protect your gutters using standoffs and ladder stabilizers. And when the project is complete, we use a big magnet to scoop up any small nails or other debris that may have fallen off the roof. When our team is done you’ll be left with a sparkling new roof or top notch roof repair and our best effort to leave your property better than we found it.
Warranties are determined by the roofing material manufacturer. Your specific warranty will depend on which roofing material you choose. As a general rule most roofing shingles come with a 30 to 40 year warranty, but make sure to read the fine print. Roofing warranties often require annual roofing maintenance to keep your asset in pristine shape. Our team offers a roof maintenance service you can read about here, and we provide a one to three year labor warranty on our work.
We look at weather forecasts, employee schedules, and our own upcoming projects to ensure that yours is completed on time. Plus, unlike other roofing companies we’ll bring conveyors to the job site to preload materials and get our contractors started. Other roofing contractors have to wait for a third party to help load materials.
Yes. We do provide roof maintenance. Normal aging will occur on all roofs, but regular roof maintenance can keep yours clean and identify small issues before they turn into expensive repairs. To keep your roof in tip top shape, we always recommend annual maintenance.
