Here, we installed a single-ply Sika Sarnafil 60-mil mechanically attached PVC with 24 gauge coping, LASTOBOND peel and stick underlayment, and an AEP Box Rib metal roofing with associated siding and flashing.

AT&T in Redding, CA, contracted Harbert Roofing in 2015 and 2016 to complete 4,000 square feet of standing seam metal roofing.

We were involved with Bella Vista Elementary School’s gymnasium and office building modernization. The project consisted of installing:

• Metal Sales standing seam metal roof consisting of 40 to 80 foot long panels over Grace Snow & Ice over 3 1/2 inch insulation over wood substrate;

• Metal Sales standing seam panels on the canopy over Grace Snow & Ice over wood substrate;

• 24 gauge metal fascia fabricated in-house;

• Fabricated commercial gutter;

• 60-mil Genflex TPO single-ply membrane over 1/4 inch DensDeck over plywood substrate.

Members 1st Credit Union in Redding, CA, was completed in 2009. We tore off their existing clay tile roof before installing a Klip-Rib metal roof of 1,750 square feet. All the pillars on the project are soffit panel.  

Cypress Plaza is a commercial multi-use center built in 2007. Harbert Roofing was responsible for supplying and installing a single-ply roof membrane, metal, subgrade waterproofing, and coping. The project consisted of installing:

• GenFlex 60-mil TPO membrane over six inches of Western Insulfoam with secure ply over metal decking';

• A Western Insulfoam cricket system;

• Metal Sales vertical seam roof in Marine Green;

• A fabricated built-in gutter system of clad metal and single-ply membrane;

• Waterproofed elevator well with Grace PreProof, Grace Bituthene 4000, and Hydroduct 220;

• A built-up roofing system using a base, two-ply, and a cap over non-conditioned space;

• Deck waterproof with a GacoFlex elastomeric coating.
