Here, we installed a single-ply Sika Sarnafil 60-mil mechanically attached PVC with 24 gauge coping, LASTOBOND peel and stick underlayment, and an AEP Box Rib metal roofing with associated siding and flashing.

We roofed the Sheraton Hotel by the Sundial Bridge in 2017. It has a single-ply TPO roof of 45,000 square feet.

We worked on Redding’s Woodlands Apartments on Ellis Street in 2016 and 2017. This job consisted of 55,000 square feet of composition roofing. We installed about a mile of gutters, which was no problem given our extensive gutter experience and equipment. 

We completed a total reroof of all eleven buildings at Junction Elementary. It was a 70,000 square foot job, which we completed in under a month.

We were involved with Bella Vista Elementary School’s gymnasium and office building modernization. The project consisted of installing:

• Metal Sales standing seam metal roof consisting of 40 to 80 foot long panels over Grace Snow & Ice over 3 1/2 inch insulation over wood substrate;

• Metal Sales standing seam panels on the canopy over Grace Snow & Ice over wood substrate;

• 24 gauge metal fascia fabricated in-house;

• Fabricated commercial gutter;

• 60-mil Genflex TPO single-ply membrane over 1/4 inch DensDeck over plywood substrate.
