O'Connell Center

We completed a tear-off five stories above ground, which included three inches of ballistic rock down to a concrete deck. We then installed a new three-inch Polyiso insulation and mechanically attached 60-mil TPO with a 20-year no-dollar-limit warranty and new ANSI-SPRI coping.
