Due to certain circumstances we recently learned that we were going to need to put a new roof on our home. It became apparent that finding a roofing company that was willing to come to our remote area of Modoc County was going to be a problem. We contacted some friends of ours in the Redding area and were readily referred to Harbert Roofing. What could have been an unpleasant process was immediately resolved by very courteous and helpful office staff at the Harbert office. From the time that Trent arrived to do the job to the final day of clean-up was a very pleasant experience. The crew could not have been more polite, friendly and very helpful. We asked for a couple of extra things to be done expecting to pay for the extra's only to be told "no problem we'll take care of it" which they did. We want to personally thank all of you for great service and a great new roof. Please put a copy of this letter in the personnel files of all the guys who were here working diligently to get the job done in a mere three days.
