I wanted to write a quick note (short story) as I prepare to mail two checks for payment of the services you provided to me. I do not know if you know this, but the tenant in that home is my mother. So, I care more about that property than most landlords.
I made a trip up to Redding to inspect the roof and the repairs you made on our rental property. I wanted to let you know that I can tell that your company cares about the quality of the work that you provide. The metal flashing and vents appeared to be painted a new color, the PVC drain pipe for the swamp cooler, caulking the holes you had to make to secure the PVC drain pipe, the flashing over hang on the fascia. I noticed that your work and attention to detail are obvious and I wanted to thank you for your work. The roof looks great and I am glad that I did the ridge vent.
Once again, thank you for your time and the great job you did on my rental property.
